This also provides you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the process.

It’s important that we assess whether we’re a good design match.

Once we’ve got a clear understanding of your project and requirements, we’ll draft a proposal for you to review.

Once you approve it, we’ll finalize the discovery timeline and terms, and send over a discovery contract.

The first payment is due upon signing, which allows us to kick off the discovery phase of your project.

It’s crucial to understand that the "Homework" phase is vital for the success of your website. This phase involves outlining the vision for your new site and providing the detailed components needed for the build. Understanding your company’s mission and values is essential for creating an effective website. To capture this accurately, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire.

Your website should reflect your vision, so it’s important that we fully grasp your goals. Here’s a high-level overview of what we need you to provide:

• Your company logo

• A list of website pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact)

• Content for each website page

• Previous project highlights

• Custom images

Note: We will begin work on your website only after receiving all the required materials. Having everything in place enables us to deliver a website that aligns closely with your vision and reduces the need for revisions.

Once we better understand the project, we will provide a comprehensive quote to finalize your website.

This phase is mostly behind-the-scenes magic, so there’s not much to share initially.

But don’t worry—at some point, we’ll send you a secure link to check out your website as it takes shape.

Just remember, it’s still a work in progress!

To keep things rolling, we need your thumbs-up! We’re eager to hear your feedback and any changes you’d like.

When it comes to revisions, our mission is simple: hit the bullseye! We’ll do our best to match the vision from the “Blueprints.” If tweaks are needed, don’t worry—we’ve got options!

Every project includes two rounds of revisions. If you’re feeling extra creative, additional rounds are available for a little extra investment.

Depending on your project, you might need to grab a Squarespace plan if you haven’t already. We won’t be able to launch your site without an active plan in place.

Time to launch this baby into the wild!

We’ll hit the "publish" button and give your site a final once-over to ensure it's ready to conquer the digital world.

Upon final payment, we will transfer ownership of the published site to your Squarespace account.

Any digital assets that Denver Site Design crafted and added to your site will be delivered.
